What makes Avocado mattresses organic?
Our mattresses are GOTS and GOLS certified, meaning they are made with 100% certified organic cotton, wool, and latex, without the use of toxic chemicals or polyurethane foams.
How long is the sleep trial period?
We offer a 365-night sleep trial for our mattresses. We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 days to allow your body to adjust before initiating a return.
Do you offer white glove delivery and setup?
Yes, we offer premium white glove delivery services where our team will deliver, unpack, and set up your new mattress in the room of your choice, and even remove your old mattress.
Is a foundation or box spring required?
Our mattresses work best on a firm, flat surface. This can be a dedicated bed frame with slats no more than 5 inches apart, a platform bed, or a reinforced foundation.
What is the warranty on an Avocado mattress?
We stand by our craftsmanship with a 25-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural issues, ensuring long-term peace of mind.
Are your products vegan-friendly?
While our standard mattresses contain organic wool, we offer a PETA-approved Vegan Mattress that replaces wool with organic cotton for those seeking a 100% animal-free product.
